Surrendering to Inner Peace : Balancing, Forward Bending & Meditation

Explore body alignment within the poses so you open, anchor, balance and strengthen body and spirit. Get in touch with your physical blueprint (your unique body structure) and learn to use that as a guide for opening to new levels. habitually bend and twist, bend and twist--all the while straining their backs
and shoulders, forming muscle imbalances and inviting injury. Incorporating yoga
into your life increases freedom of movement, builds core strength, enhances
performance, reduces risk of injury and develops and clear and focused mind.
Increase your range of motion and torso strength to enable to perform a superior
swing.
A balanced, flexible and strong body is the foundation a serious golfer needs to
take his/her game to the next level. Swing into Peace!

disrupts the flow of concentration, and therefore, impairs the physical aspects
of the game. Learn to use a meditative mind and invite a deep state of
relaxation so that you may experience the "now" and your mind becomes clear.
Mastering non-judgemnet, Non-attachment and presence will be our focus in this
workshop. You will also walk away with learning asana that will increase your
flexibility, strength, balance and core stability. As Earl Woods tells his son,
"What you're looking for is a soft, flexible, fluid swing—that's power."
