Happy Canada Day! Eh!!
Sweet Summer has arrived in all it's glory and grace! I have been on quite an adventure for the last month and have now landed back home. Home sweet home.. I love coming home. I had incredible adventures to Tofino, Hornby and New Mexico. Beautiful sacred time it was.
Classes start tomorrow July 2nd! BEACH Yoga is back!
Tuesdays & Thursday classes are located at Chaster House and Saturday classes are located at Georgia Beach (if it's raining though we will be at Eric Cardinal Hall on Saturdays).
This September I am excited to announce that I will be joining the community at Myoga Studio and Yoga By The Sea in Roberts Creek. Stay tuned for new classes added to the schedule this fall.

Myoga Studio Workshops:
Tuesday, July 7 is a full moon, and Myoga will be hosting a FREE relaxation class from 5:45-6:15. For those of you who would like to first practice some asana, the studio will be open from 5:00-5:45 for some self led, mysore style yoga practice. 6:30pm Michael O'Connor will be arriving to set up his Astrology & Alignments of 2008 12/21/2012 presentation. Cost for this presentation is $15 pre-registered and $20 at the door.

UBC Thunderbird Stadium - Vancouver, BCOn Saturday July 11, 2009 two thousand people will participate in the Camp Moomba Yogathon & Blissfest to raise awareness and funds for children impacted by HIV/AIDS. The much needed funds raised from this event will help send a child to summer camp for an experience of a lifetime. You can help change a life of a child - register for the yogathon today (it’s just a $20 donation, your tax receipt will be emailed to you instantly)!
Participants collect pledges prior to the event then convene to practice yoga in the largest outdoor yoga class in Vancouver. This is Western Canada’s largest gathering of yoga instructors, yoga students, health and wellness professionals, and regular folks who share our passion for love and bliss! This event has quickly become Vancouver’s most anticipated annual yoga event and is already in its 7th year.
But wait... it’s not just about yoga, there’s a Blissfest too! What’s a Blissfest you ask? It’s a sustainability fair (a showcase of sustainable consumer products, clothing, services and delicacies), a community picnic, children’s activities, musical performances, and prizes. BTW - kids ages 12 and under are free!
