Winter Greeting Beautiful Bountiful Blissful Ones,
I am excited to announce that I am partnering up with Marlene Lowden to spread more inspiration & yoga, and to build a more diverse and more dedicated Yoga Community on the Sunshine Coast. Marlene is launching her Yoga teaching career this January. This past year, she has had the great fortune to train with Chris Chavez, an Anusara Certified Teacher at YYoga in Vancouver. She has been a dedicated student of mine for 6 years!
We have created a new blog/website at Nirmayoga.wordpress.com. Nirma is a Sanskrit word meaning “to create.” Simply put, we believe that every thought, word spoken, and action taken is an act of co-creation with the divine. We would like to invite you to celebrate creation with us - art in all mediums, music in all genres and yoga in all forms!
At nirmayoga.wordpress.com you will find our schedule of classes, we’ve added 3 more to our new schedule which begins on Tuesday, January 18th! The new classes include an evening class on Mondays at Eric Cardinal Hall, an intermediate to advanced class at Yoga by the Sea on Wednesday mornings and a mid day Friday class at the Eric Cardinal hall. Back by popular demand is a time switch on Thursdays. 5:30pm Restorative Yoga and 7pm Vinyasa yoga.
The blog also has details about our upcoming 40 Day Yoga Challenge, a February Acro Yoga Workshop and a funky video we made to help inspire you for the New Year.
Lastly, we’d like to invite you to help us celebrate our new partnership!
