We are excited to announce a few changes and some new classes!
Monday nights, 5:00pm Restorative Yoga located at Eric Cardinal Hall
Monday nights 7:00pm Vinyasa 1 Yoga located at Myoga Studio in Gibsons just 4 min from Eric Cardinal Hall.
On Fridays, Sharon & Ocean will be hosting a fun hour of Yoga, Storytime and Song at 11:30am to 12:30pm for Preschoolers (aged 3 to 6) and their Parents at Eric Cardinal Hall. This class will be offered for 5 weeks from April 8 to May 6th, you can pre-register on our website.
On Wednesday evenings in April, we will be teaching an "Intro to Yoga" Class from 7:00pm to 8:15pm at Myoga Studio. This is a 4 session, pre-registered class for people who are curious about giving Yoga a try. We would like to offer this class free to all of our regular registered yogis who would like to invite a friend or family member along!
We are so excited to see more youth showing up to our classes! We would like to encourage more students to join us with a Student rate of $10/ class for youth aged 15 to 18! Please pass this along!
